deep medicine

A place to slow down and listen within.

…as you navigate healing & wholeness across mind, body & spirit.

Many people arrive here feeling a call to deepen. Sometimes it’s about emotional or relational dynamics that are whispering (or yelling) for pause and intentional care. Sometimes it’s on behalf of enduring health challenges that just aren’t finding meaningful resolution despite plenty of effort. Other times it’s the heart-rending call to explore and experience earnest connection with the Source of Love.

There’s often a sense of too much noise amidst layers of advice, opinions, and ideas that can feel confusing or disorienting. Many people arrive longing to reconnect with their own inner sense of what’s right for them.

My hope is that together we can slow the pace and widen the lens so that you might glimpse what is most deeply in harmony with your desire, capacity and calling.

Three Ways to Work Together

I work with people in three distinct ways, each with its own scope, boundaries, and form of consent.

Counseling

We all yearn to be seen in the beauty and truth of we are. Together let’s build bridges towards your experience of your own non-negotiable, essential goodness. I provide a space for depth-oriented, trauma-aware, relational therapy. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.

Soul Care

Many people don’t realize that spiritual companionship can honor their faith tradition and values while also inviting deeper intimacy with the Source of Love. Many silently yearn for accompaniment that invites their questions, calling, and longing. My work is rooted in the contemplative tradition, offered in a warm, inclusive way.

Integrative Wellbeing

There’s a lot of health information out there that can be stressful to the point of overwhelm. As a nurse practitioner I offer a non-traditional, grounded partnership to help navigate a relevant and sustainable way of being in your body and/or health challenges. Includes functional, nutritional and lifestyle approaches.

Where are you coming from?

  • We think that the point is to pass the test or overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don't really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again. It's just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.

    Pema Chodron

  • When we can see ourselves as we truly are and accept ourselves, we build the necessary foundation for self-love…whether we learn how to love ourselves and others will depend on the presence of a loving environment. Self love cannot flourish in isolation.

  • When you know who you are; when your mission is clear, and you burn with the inner fire of unbreakable will; no cold can touch your heart; no deluge can dampen your purpose. You know that you are alive.

    Chief Seattle

  • Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

    Howard Thurman

  • The insight we receive on the inner journey is that chaos is the precondition to creativity: as every creation myth has it, life itself emerged from the void. Even that which has been created needs to be returned to chaos from time to time so it can be regenerated in more vital form.
