deep medicine
A place to slow down and listen within.
…as you navigate healing & wholeness across mind, body & spirit.
Many people arrive here feeling a call to deepen. Sometimes it’s about emotional or relational dynamics that are whispering (or insisting) for pause and intentional care. Sometimes it’s on behalf of persistent health patterns that may be asking for a steadier, more foundational approach. Other times, it’s the heart-tugging invitation to explore and experience a more honest connection with the Source of Love.
Often there’s a sense of too much noise with layers of advice, opinions, and ideas that feel confusing or disorienting. Beneath that noise, many people are longing to reconnect with their own inner sense of what is true and right for them.
My hope is that together we can slow the pace and widen the lens so you can discern what is most deeply in harmony with your desire, capacity, and calling.
Three Ways to Work Together
I work with people in three distinct ways, each with its own scope, boundaries, and form of consent.
Counseling
We all yearn to be seen in the beauty and truth of we are. Together let’s build bridges towards your experience of your own non-negotiable, essential goodness. I provide a space for depth-oriented, trauma-aware, relational therapy. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
Soul Care
Many people don’t realize that spiritual companionship can honor their faith tradition and values while also inviting deeper intimacy with the Source of Love. Many silently yearn for accompaniment that invites their questions, calling, and longing. My work is rooted in the contemplative tradition, offered in a warm, inclusive way.
Integrative Wellbeing
There’s a lot of health information out there that can be stressful to the point of overwhelm. As a nurse practitioner I offer a non-traditional, grounded partnership to help navigate a relevant and sustainable way of being in your body and/or health challenges. Includes functional, nutritional and lifestyle approaches.
